Housekeeping Room Attendant

• Clean and service all public areas according to the quality standards and policies outlined the Housekeeping Procedures Manual.
• Attend to guest requests on a timely basis.
• Report any deficiencies and/or damages in rooms to the Floor Supervisor.
• Respond to hotel emergency situations as described in the hotel Fire Training Plan & Procedures.
• Make recommendations to Housekeeping Manager for department improvements, staff and safety concerns.
• Competently operate all equipment necessary to perform all aspects of the job safely.
• Participate in special projects in deep cleaning of rooms on station.
• Comply with a W.H.M.I.S. legislation.Ensure efficient supplies are available for correct completion of rooms.
• Activate/prepare the reports needed to update the room status for the Floor Supervisor.Job Type: Part-time

Salary: $17/hour
