A successful candidate will be able to take feedback and adapt to constantly changing environments, in addition to proactively identify areas to help support the business.

Responsibilities: 
Proactively manage multiple the VP’s calendar, making decisions on their behalf based on shifting business priorities to ensure accurate scheduling and appropriate allocation of time, including scheduling with both internal and external partners.

Partner and provide support, including managing a wide variety of tasks/projects, planning and coordinating travel, planning and coordinating Quarterly business reviews and documenting and tracking a list of action items.

Provide organizational support, including budget, compensation documentation, distribution list management, space and other tasks/projects.

Support active management of budget, expense report submission for VP and ensure expense policy compliance across the teams.

Exercise sound judgment, tact, diplomacy, integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism in communicating information and working with all levels of employees.

Build and maintain high quality business relationships with employees and business partners.

Requirements: 
The successful candidate will have a strong administrative skill profile exhibiting high attention to detail, initiative, flexibility, professionalism, creative problem solving and decision making, time management abilities, and effective written and verbal communication skills.

They will also demonstrate the following capabilities:

  • Strong strategic prioritization, planning, organizational and time management skills
  • Proven track record of accountability, reliability and a can-do attitude
  • Good composure under pressure, and the ability to react with appropriate urgency to situations and events that require quick response or turnaround.
  • Ability to work independently to achieve results with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail, and maintain highly confidential and financially impactful information

Job Type: Part-time

Salary: $24.00 to $28.00 /hour
