Customer service

• Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about products, pricing and availability.
• Review large volume requests for availability and provide discounts accordingly.
• Source non-stocked products for existing customers using our extensive vendor database.
• Create purchase orders and follow-up with vendors regarding sourced non-stock products.
• Capture customer comments and feedback regarding market trends and pricing.
• Participate in weekly training sessions and monthly quotes meetings via conference call.

Minimum Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3+ years inside sales, quotes or customer service experience.
• Excellent communication, organizational and time management skills.
• Professional phone manner and presence.
• Ability to multitask.
