Responsibilities:
Prepare reports and recommend procedures to reduce absenteeism and employee morale.
Coordinating logistics for workshops and training sessions and updating organizational charts.
Working with the HR department to develop and implement policies, procedures, budgets, short term, and long term company objectives.
Stay current and on top of industry practices to update policies and guidelines.
Coach managers to effectively apply HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance and understanding.
Research and provide recommendations on the development of HR programs and practices.
